Finish Lines… Not Finish Times is a free program funded by Triathlon NSW. Our training weekend is all about creating a welcoming, supportive space for women to learn, practice and build confidence in triathlon - without the pressure of chasing finish times.

With guidance from a qualified Triathlon Australia Coach Kane Finch, participants can develop their skills, ask questions and enjoy training alongside others. Whether you’re new to the sport or looking to practice and refine what you already know, this weekend is about learning at your own pace and celebrating every step towards the finish line.

THE PROGRAM

SAT - 12 DEC 2026 07:00am - 9:30am

Day 1 at Lennox Head - Lake Ainsworth

We’re kicking off our training camp in beautiful Lennox Head with a morning focused on building confidence and sharpening the skills that make a difference on race day.

The sessions will cover bike-handling skills, running off the bike, triathlon transitions, and running technique. Whether you’re refining the basics or looking to feel more comfortable in the heat of competition, it’s a great opportunity to learn, practice, and support one another.

We’re looking forward to a fun and productive first day -bring your enthusiasm, your bike, running kit, and plenty of energy!

Afterwards, enjoy a coffee at the surf club, some time around the lake or head out for a leisurely bike ride with your new buddies to practice your skills.
