I’m an all round qualified and experienced coach with a background in run coaching, injury prevention and sports therapy. In addition, I am a Fitness Health and Wellness coach.
I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness, health and well-being goals and most importantly I'm incredibly excited to be part of the Byron Tri Club. Together we will provide a safe and supportive training environment for juniors and adults (from beginners to advanced). My goal is to support members and provide coaching advice and help share my knowledge.
For me I feel creating access for people to gain better fitness and wellness is very important. So, if you are wanting to get fit, join a group of like minded people for a session, complete a race or achieve a personal goal I am here to help.
I will be running weekly group sessions during the season and off season. If you are interested in 1 on 1 sessions or coaching I can tailor a program to suit your individual needs and goals.
I am here to support the club and community. As a group lets have fun, learn to grow and work together as a team...... so lets start training!
